We want every customer to have a positive experience using Got My Route BASIC.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The license key could not be activated, and we were unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
You made a duplicate purchase by mistake
The license key has not been activated on any device
The refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
If these conditions are met, you may request a full refund.
A refund will not be issued if:
The license key has already been activated
More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
Your device does not meet minimum system requirements
You attempt to bypass or manipulate the licensing system
The service cannot function due to denied permissions on your device (e.g., GPS disabled)
